【Research Area】
Research fields related to surface finishing (for example, electroplating, anodization, etc.), corrosion science, and metal production processes based on materials science or applied electrochemistry. In the future, while developing materials science or applied electrochemistry, the research activities should contribute to solution of environmental and energy problems.

【Scope of Work】
1 Teaching
Classes on exercises for materials science and engineering in Japanese/English (Division of Materials Science and Engineering in Graduate School)
Classes on lectures, exercises and experiments for materials engineering in Japanese/English (Course of Materials Engineering, Department of Applied Science and Engineering in Engineering School) & exercises and experiments for fundamental engineering education and general education
2 Assistance of Supervising
Assistance for thesis supervision for undergraduate and graduate students
3 Other Duties
Duties as a Faculty/Course committee member, etc.
Participate in Departmental, Faculty, Course and/or University service activities.
