• a degree in music pedagogy corresponding to the 
  music pedagogical university studies

• Proof of artistic qualifications and a pedagogical aptitude 
• Experience in teaching at music schools, in the cooperation of music schools and and other institutions as well as with informal learning environments in the field of (cross-genre) instrumental and vocal music making and learning 
• Experience in the use of digital media in higher education teaching and the the design of hybrid learning formats in the music school sector
• Experience with scientific work and in the organizational area 
• Willingness for cooperation and transdisciplinarity
