OFFER DESCRIPTION

The successful candidate will work closely with experienced wet-lab researchers in the team to implement and apply new bioinformatics solutions to drive experimental discovery, and develop their own project by working on innovative tools or integrated analyses of -omics data. Further, the candidate will interact with other dry-lab researchers in the large bioinformatics department of Institut Curie, as well as the numerous bioinformatics meetings, symposia and clubs which you can freely rely on for input, support and exchange.

We are looking for a computational biologist to facilitate and coordinate the analysis of high-throughput omics data pertaining to a number of projects within the laboratory.

1/ Basic knowledge of BASH or other Unix shell languages (Python, R) 2/ Packages for statistical data analysis and visualization
3/ Work independently
4/ Professional proficiency in written and spoken English required
