OFFER DESCRIPTION

Candidates for the position should meet the requirements of Statutes for CMKP , be fluent in polish, prove scientific, educational, research, team managing achievements and submit:

  • Application
  • Professional CV
  • Documents certifying the title of professor or a habilitation degree in medical or health science
  • Detailed account of scientific, educational and organizational achievements
  • Achievements in history of medicine field,
  • Written statement declaring the CMKP as the place of primary employment within the meaning of the Act – Law on Higher Education and Science
  • Written statement that candidate agrees for processing the personal information strictly for the purposes of job recruitment in accordance with the regulation for the protection of personal data and statement that candidate agrees for processing the personal information by CMKP
