A person employed in the position of an adjunct for a specified period of time shall take part in research topics and projects carried out and planned for the nearest period of time in a selected Department of IFJ PAN.Acandidate shall be required to demonstrate research results in the form of articles published in high-quality academic journals indexed in the JCR and at seminars and international and national conferences, as well as apply for research funding.
Type of contract: to 33 months

Selection process
. Conclusion of the competition
- Interviews with candidates shall take place on May 26 and 27, 2021 via ZOOM platform.Candidates qualified for interviews shall be notified by e-mail about the exact date of the Interview by May 25, 2021. During the interview a candidate shall be required to give a presentation lasting 10 minutes at maximum.
- The competition shall be concluded by June 7, 2021.
- Each candidate shall be notified by e-mail about the results of the competition.
- The final decision on employing a given candidate shall be taken by IFJ PAN Director.

I. General information

Candidates applying for the employment in a given IFJ PAN Department are obliged to deliver a seminar, and for this purpose they should contact the Head of a selected Department.After the seminar, the Head of the Department submits a request for employing the candidate, accompanied with a justification, to IFJ PAN Director via the Selection Committee.

- A doctoral degree in physical sciences or related sciences
