Justificar hallarse en una de estas situaciones

Acreditado o acreditada para el cuerpo docente universitario al que se refiera.

Habilitado y habilitada, para el cuerpo y área de conocimiento de que se trate,conforme a las previsiones contenidas en el Real Decreto 1313/2007.

Ser funcionario o funcionaria del cuerpo docente por el que se convoca la plaza. En este caso, no podrán participar en el concurso, quienes habiendo obtenido una plaza tras un concurso de acceso a Cuerpos Docentes Universitarios en otra Universidad, no la hubieran desempeñado, al menos, durante dos años.

Título de Doctor.
