Call for Assistant Professor (Japanese Linguistics)

The University of Tsukuba is inviting applicants for the position of Assistant Professor in the field of Japanese Linguistics. We are interested in recruiting a lexicologist with the knowledge of information technology. The successful applicant is expected to do research on Japanese Lexicology in corroboration with researchers in the field of informatics.

(1) Graduate lectures/seminars related to Japanese Linguistics/Lexicology (Master's and Doctoral Programs in Linguistics);
(2) Undergraduate lectures/seminars related to Japanese Linguistics/Lexicology (College of Humanities);
(3) Japanese classes (全学共通「国語」) (Center of Education for Global Communication);
(4) Other educational and administrative tasks
