Post-doctoral position available in Tumor Immunology

A postdoctoral position, funded by the SATT Paris-Saclay for a qualified and highly motivated immunologist, is open at the INSERM UMR 1186 « Integrative Tumor Immunology and Immunotherapy », at Gustave Roussy, Villejuif, France. The successful applicant will join the research group “CD8 T-cell immunity and cancer immunotherapy”, headed by Fathia Mami-Chouaib, that focuses on anti-tumor T-cell response.

He (she) will focus on: “Proof of concept for the predictive value of neuropilin-1 (Nrp-1) as a biomarker of response to PD-1 blockade and of tumor-specific T cells for adoptive cell transfer therapy”.

Requirements: A PhD in immunology, fluency in English, productivity demonstrated by publications, readiness to work in a team and excellent communication skills.

The candidate shall have a strong background in cellular and molecular biology and in onco-immunology, and have a long experience with mouse tumor models. He (she) shall have a PhD since less than 4 years at the beginning of the contract and a certificate for in vivo mouse studies.
