OFFER DESCRIPTION

Advanced technical support on genetic modification and analysis of mouse Embryonic Stem cell lines

The successful applicant will participate in a project focused on the use of embryonic organoids derived from mouse Embryonic Stem Cells to study early mammalian development. Their main task will be to provide support in molecular biology, specifically by geneating genetically modified Embryonic Stem Cell lines via CRISPR technology, characterization of the cell lines and assistance in genomic experiments, in particular, single cell mRNA sequencing. They will also provide assistance in tissue culture to members of the lab, as required.
