OFFER DESCRIPTION

 

Applications are invited for part-time Research Assistant in the Reasoning and Infant Cognition Group (RICO), led by Prof. Luca Bonatti, Pompeu Fabra University (Barcelona), https://www.upf.edu/web/rico The position is supported by the Spanish Ministry of Science, Innovation, and Universities (MCIU) and State Research Agency (AEI) project (Psycho) Logical Primitives, ref. PID2019-108494GB-I00 /AEI/10.13039/501100011033.

Research support tasks related to:

1. Conception and realization of online experiments, initially with PCIbex and successively adapted to the best platform as identified in (1 .

2. Audio, video and behavioral responses data collection. Previous experience designing/running experiments with children as well as previous experience working in a cognitive neuroscience lab would be valued.

3. Implementation of eye tracking data analysis technique, preferably in R.

4. Neural network simulation of oculomotor infant data.
