Benefits
[Working Hours]Discretionary labor system: Working hours is deemed as 7 hours and 45 minutes per day
[Days Off]Saturdays, Sundays, national holidays, and year-end through New Year holidays (from December 29 to January 3 of the following year).
[Salary]Monthly salaries will be determined based upon the appointees' academic background, careers, etc. Seasonal bonuses are offered twice a year. Additional benefits will also be provided as prescribed in the University of Tokyo regulations.
[Insurance]Appointees will be enrolled in the Mutual Aid Association of Ministry of Education, Culture, Sports, Science, and Technology as well as employment insurance.
