Discretionary labor system: Working hours is deemed as 7 hours and 45 minutes per day
Saturdays, Sundays, national holidays, and year-end through New Year holidays (from December 29to January 3 of the following year).
Monthly salaries will be determined based upon the appointees' academic background, careers, etc.Seasonal bonuses are offered twice a year. Additional benefits will also be provided as prescribed inthe University of Tokyo regulations.
Appointees will be enrolled in the Mutual Aid Association of Ministry of Education, Culture, Sports,Science, and Technology as well as employment insurance.
There will be a six-month probationary period at the beginning of the appointment.
