OFFER DESCRIPTION

[Outline]
The laboratory of Systems Engineering, Department of Information and Physical Sciences, Graduate School of Information Science and Technology, Osaka University is conducting research and education on system analysis of various objects by a mathematical approach and applications to the real world problems. The laboratory is seeking an academic staff member who is engaged in research such as mathematical programming, artificial intelligence, discrete mathematics, and combinatorial optimization, as well as cultivating new fields that combine mathematical science and information science. The successful applicant will be responsible for not only conducting research but also teaching at the undergraduate and graduate levels. Inquiries regarding this position are welcome.

This new system defines that the new annual salary consists of basic salary and performance-based bonus, and it will also pay allowances for commuting, housing, and dependency as well as retirement allowance.
