The Graduate School of Engineering, Osaka University is now inviting applications for a Professor committed to research and educational activities in the field of Hydraulic Engineering and Hydro-Environment Engineering.

1) Research in the above area of expertise
2) Educational activities for undergraduate and graduate school students
Class subjects in Undergraduate School: Hydrodynamics, Hydraulics I and Exercises, Environmental Hydraulics, River Basin Engineering, etc. (in Japanese)
Class subjects in Graduate School:
(Master program) Transport Phenomena in Fluids, Planning for Hydraulic and Coastal Engineering, Advanced Environmental Hydraulics, etc.
(Doctoral program) Dynamics in Water Environment, Conservation and Management of Water Environment
3) Management and administration at the Graduate School of Engineering and Osaka University
Suita Campus (2-1 Yamadaoka, Suita, Osaka, Japan)

Based on “Salary Regulations for National University Corporation Osaka University Staff Subject to New Annual Salary System"
This new system defines that the new annual salary consists of basic salary and performance-based bonus, and it will also pay allowances for commuting, housing, and dependency as well as retirement allowance.
The Work Regulation is in preparation to be posted.
