PUBLIC COMPETITION FOR 12 MONTHS TYPE B FELLOWSHIP FOR COLLABORATION TO RESEARCH ACTIVITIES IN THE SCIENTIFIC AREA OF MEDICAL SCIENCES

The Fellowship implies carrying out the activities briefly mentioned below at Dipartimento di Oncologia ed Emato-Oncologia dell’Università degli Studi di Milano and under the supervision of Dr.ssa Valeria Cento and of Dott.ssa Claudia Alteri within the research programme “Definition of variability and phylogenetic relationships among KPC strains circulating in Lombardy over the years 2019-2021”, of the activities mentioned below:

1) NGS data analysis of microorganism;

2) Mutation detection and whole genome analysis;

3) Molecular typing from microorganisms;

4) Computational pipelines definition for NGS data;

5) Phylogenetic analyses
