Postdoctoral Researcher 1 position
Job description:
They ultimate goal of the Laboratory for Neurodiversity is to decode the algorithms for neuron differentiation. By doing this we will understand the fundamental mechanisms that create form and function in nervous systems. Our open postdoctoral position requires candidates with a proven record of excellence in molecular biology. Projects open in the lab include development and utilization of cell profiling, including single cell profiling technologies, and in vivo imaging of cellular differentiation processes. Skills in bioinformatics, image analysis, or similar computational skills are also preferred.
Our laboratory is a diverse and multicultural environment; a good working level of English as common laboratory language is required. (Candidates with high level Japanese language skills are encouraged; nevertheless, this is not a requirement for selection.) Ability to function effectively in a team will be carefully considered in the selection process.
