○Affiliation:
d.lab, School of Engineering, The University of Tokyo
Masaharu Kobayashi laboratory

○Job content:
Design, fabrication, and characterization of transistor and memory devices using oxide semiconductor and ferroelectric material.
More specifically, devices are designed by simulation tool, device process is developed and fabricated, devices are electrically tested.

○Work place:
Institute of Industrial Science
(4-6-1 Komaba, Meguro-ku, Tokyo, Japan)
Access:
Odakyu/Chiyoda-line Yoyogi Uehara station, 12mins by walk
Keio Inokashira-line Komaba Todai-mae station, 10mins by walk

Benefits

○Contract period:
From April 1st or later as soon as possible
To March 31st in 2022

○Contract renewal:
There will be annual contract renewal depending on the project budget, research progress, the amount of deliverable and achievement, work performance and attitude, health.
The maximum number of renewals is 3 till March 31st in 2024.

○Trial period:
6 months after employment

○Work days and hours:
Based on the Discretionary Labor System for Professional Work, 7hours and 45mins for 5 days/week.

○Holidays:
Saturday/Sunday, holidays based on Holiday law, and December 29th~January 3rd.

○Vacations:
① Annual paid leave, based on labor regulations
② Special holiday, based on labor regulations

○Salary:
To be determined by annual salary system including achievement and delivery allowance.
Commutation allowance (maximum \55,000/month)
No retirement allowance, no bonus.
Will be paid on 17th every month, in principle

○Insurance:
Employment insurance of the MEXT mutual association

○Accident compensation:
For accidents during work time and commutation, compensation will be paid by accident and Compensation by Workmen's Accident Compensation Insurance Law and and non-legal compensation regulation for staff of The University of Tokyo.
