Research Field
Division of Media Network Technologies consists of two groups: Research Group of Information Media Science and Technology and Research Group of Information Communication Systems. The successful applicant will hold the professor position in Laboratory of Intelligent Information Communications, Research Group of Information Communication Systems. The aim of this laboratory is to study wireless communication technologies for mobile radio up to a terahertz band, and optical communication technologies for core-networks and mobile fronthaul/backhaul. The successful applicant will conduct research into signal processing in wireless communications and will aim to research terahertz-band communications and an interdisciplinary field between wireless and optical communications.

Lectures and Work in Charge
The successful applicant will partly or fully give the lectures listed below.
(1) “Adaptive Communications," “Advanced Exercise in Electronics for Informatics," and “Advanced Study in Electronics for Informatics" in Course of Media and Network Technologies, Graduate School of Information Science and Technology
(2) “Graduation Thesis," “Communication Systems," “Exercise in Media Network I/II," “Media Network Laboratory IB/IIB," and “Exercise of Scientific English I/Ⅱ" in Course of Media and Network Technologies, Department of Electronics and Information Engineering, School of Engineering as with inter-department and inter school subjects: “Signal Processing" and “Freshman Seminar."
In addition to research and education, university's operation management will partly be assigned.

* The working hours for a day are deemed as 7 hours and 45 minutes.
