The University of Tsukuba's MBA in International Business program was launched in 2005 with the educational objective of developing the future global leaders who can automatically respond to the global environment. All courses are taught in English. Classes meet on weekday evenings(Tuesday-Friday) and Saturdays.

Conducting researches in International Management area (Human Resource Management). In addition to that;
1. Teach three or more courses (2.5 hrs x 5 sessions/course) related to Human Resource Management in English.
2. Supervise students' business projects (equivalent to master theses).
3. Carry out university-related administrative services.
