Position : Postdoctoral Researcher
Working place : Yukiko Yamada-Takamura Research Group, School of Materials Science, Graduate School of Advanced Science and Technology, Japan Advanced Institute of Science and Technology

The researcher will be involved in the research project "Creation of two-dimensional flat band materials through concerted collaboration of experiment and theory" supported by the Grant-in-Aid for Scientific Research (A) funded by the Japan Society for the Promotion of Sciences.

Working days and hours:
Working days: Mondays - Fridays
Start time: 8:30, Finish time: 17:15 (Break time: 12:00 - 13:00)
Days off: Saturdays and Sundays, National holidays, Year-end and New Year holidays (from December 29 to January 3), Anniversary of the fouding of JAIST (October 1)
Annual paid leave is available after 6 months from the starting date of your enployment, in case that you attend 80% of all your working days. Special leave (paid or unpaid) is available, if applicable.

Salary:
Your salary is determined on the basis of your educational background and job experience, etc. in accordance with the JAIST rules. You shall join in Social Insurance (Health insurance, Employee's pension insurance, and Employment insurance).
