OFFER DESCRIPTION

The research aims to collect, systematize, analyze and rework the stratigraphic data available for the area of the urban center of Venice. For this purpose, two types of information will be taken into consideration: a) geological: from the consultation of the stratigraphies obtained through continuous coring (see http://webgis.cittametropolitana.ve.it/mapguide/fusion/templates/mapguid...); archaeological: coming from excavation reports regarding the town and available for consultation at the local archive of Soprintendenza Archeologia, belle arti e paesaggio per il Comune di Venezia e Laguna
