The post is full-time for a fixed period of 5 years under the Tenure Track Program in Kobe University. After the evaluation, the successful candidate may be promoted to a tenured Assistant Professor. Regarding a mid-term performance evaluation after 2.5 years, we will explain that at the time of the interview.
