OFFER DESCRIPTION

A research project is proposed that investigates legal certainty in the dimension of predictability of what can happen in the life of law and the State. Through a similar heuristic perspective, it will be possible to establish a dialogue between Present and Past in relation to certainty understood as a value in contrast to the disvalue of the arbitration of the ruler on duty or of the judge of the case law; from this perspective, the need to provide for the judicial and executive acts of the state bodies emerges. Such research aimed at juridical computability in the Roman world appears to be completely innovative and is believed to offer profitable material to the modern jurist immersed in the calculation of the probable, of what may or may not happen.
