OFFER DESCRIPTION

The research activity will focus on:
1) Development and implementation of bioinformatics algorithms and workflows for the analysis
of massive sequencing data, with particular reference to bioinformatics tools for "variant calling"
and "variant prioritization"
2) Development and implementation of a computing platform in a cloud environment with a web
interface based on the Galaxy workflow management system to provide access to computational tools for Precision Medicine compliant with GDPR directives.
