A fully-funded 4-yr PhD position in computational chemistry is available at the Institute of Computational Chemistry and Catalysis (IQCC) of the University of Girona in the frame of the "Simulating Phase Effects on Excited States" project, under the supervision of Prof. Lluís Blancafort. Expected starting date is January 2021 (negotiable). The position is funded as an FPI fellowship from the Spanish Ministry of Science and Innovation (MICINN), project ref. PID2019-104654GB-I00.
The project will center on developing and validating an interfacial descriptor of the photocurrent density in the oxygen evolution reaction.
