- scientific achievements in line with the topics of the planned research, documented by publications in journals from the JCR list,
- experience in laboratory work, in particular knowledge of elemental analysis methods such as CV-AFS, XRF, AAS/HG-AAS, ICP-MS,
- experience in work on research vessels,
- documented experience in presenting scientific results at national and internaional conferences,
- experience in leading and implementation of research projects,
- documented knowledge of GIS tools for mapping and data visualizations,
- knowledge in statistical analysis tools used in environmental research,
- very good spoken and written English (preferable C1) and Polish.
