OFFER DESCRIPTION

The research foresees the anthropological study and the collection of skeletal materials from paleontological, archaeological or museum contexts; the subsequent extraction and purification of aDNA, sequence analysis,
and bioinformatics analysis through the use of specific Pipelines for reconstruction and authentication of ancient genomes. With reference to the analytical part on aDNA, the programs currently in use in the paleogenetics laboratory need full management skills. In the specific: programs related to genomic
reconstruction, identification of paleomix, genetic personal identification, and computer tools applied to phylogenetic analysis.
