To assist senior leaders with their duties, promote annual scientific research planning, including project approval, implementation, acceptance test, scientific and technological information management, etc.;

-To review plans, goals and directions of major research projects;

-To evaluate bring-in technologies and equipment, technological transformation for industry chain;

-To complete other tasks assigned by supervisors.
