Above all projects are required to be carried out with title of Guangxi Jiangbin Hospital , the first scientific research institute.

-Doctoral degree in Clinical Medicine Science;

-Doctoral degree with national recognition, under 35 years old; Those with senior titles can be lowered to age of 48 for men, and age of 45 for women.

-Delivered papers in core international professional journals during the past three years (1 or more SCI papers with IF≥3 points or 2 or more SCI papers with IF≥2 points)
