Under the age of 35, doctoral degree graduate from formal universities or scientific research institutions of the world (mainly cover first-class universities or Chinese Academy of Sciences), or postdoctoral major in Food Science and Engineering, Food Processing Technology, Pharmacology, Biochemistry and Molecular Biology, Cell Biology, Chemistry, Biology, Bioengineering.etc. Other research fields closely related to R$D of agricultural products processing and functional food are also available.
