Offer Description

The project aims to elaborate a geo-referenced archaeological map of the area of Castiglione di Sicilia (CT), by carrying a multidisciplinary cut-crossed analysis through archaeological and geological data. The results will be used for an integrated interpretative approach and to enhance of the archaeological evidence, in order to elaborate a model of innovative fruition, by adopting Castiglione di Sicilia as key-site. The project will form the starting point for experimenting a digital platform where data concerning archaeological heritage and landscape can flow, in order to contribute to the creation of infrastructures accessible to a large number of people. The final aim, then, is generating value by satisfying exigencies of medium and small enterprises and Cultural Heritage management.
