Fully funded post-doctoral position at Stockholm University for 1 + 1 years, supervised by Prof. B. Martín-Matute (www.organ.su.se/bm). The position is financed by the Wallenberg Foundation through the project "Catalytic Composites for Sustainable Synthesis", which consists of 6 research groups covering Organic Chemistry, Materials Chemistry and Computational Chemistry. The post-doc involved in this project will work in a very interdisciplinary and motivating environment. Offer Requirements

Skills/Qualifications

We are seeking for exceptionally qualified applicant, with a background on materials chemistry. A strong Knowledge on Analytical chemistry would be valuable.

 

Knowledge and experience required: 1) synthesis and analytical characterization of (hybrid organic/inorganic) polymeric materials (eg. metal-organic frameworks, MOFs); 2) expertise in the following characterization techniques: PXRD, SEM/TEM microscopy.

 

Besides a strong scientific background, it is important that the candidate has a good technical writing and verbal communication skills. The applicant must have a doctoral degree.
