OFFER DESCRIPTION

To the research fellow will be entrusted activities aimed towards the making, managing and upgrading of an unique, homogeneous database, which should be available and upgradable. The database will contain archive data and data collected directly on the field, and in other databases. The research fellow will preliminarly subdivide and record the material by typology and then he/she will apply the digitization through software technology by GIS open source (QGIS), with the main target to obtain a complete map of the area of the Park containing its scientific, cultural, historical and experiential contents. The main activity of the research fellow will therefore consist of GIS storage of existing data and essential will be also the collecting of new data, particulary of cartographic/geothematic type through geological field mapping and their georeferencing.
