- documented scientific achievements in the field of marine environment research, in particular the surface layer of the sea and surfactants;
- documented knowledge about the impact of the aerosol on Earth's climate change;
- laboratory experience including knowledge of spectrophotometric and fluorimetric methods as well as specific techniques for sampling and maintenance of samples used in the study of surfactants;
- experience in implementing scientific and research projects, including international ones and experience in presenting scientific results at national and international conferences;
- experience in field research, including work on research vessels and experience in organizing and directing research cruises.
