I am delighted to advertise a Post-Doctoral Researcher position in the School of Biological, Earth and Environmental Sciences, University College Cork, Ireland.
This position is aimed at highly motivated researchers with a background in zoology, ecology, animal behaviour or similar. I am looking for enthusiastic candidates who have keen interest in animal behaviour. The candidate will work on animal behaviour research in association with Fota Wildlife Park, Co. Cork, which could include environmental enrichment, personality, visitor education and/or human-animal relationships, including visitor effects. The Post-Doctoral Researcher will be supervised by Dr Ruth Ramsay. The applicant should have a genuine interest in animal behaviour as well as good field and analytical skills.
Post Duration: 30 months
Salary: €37,221 - €44,266 p.a. (IUA Salary Scale)
Project: Animal behaviour in association with Fota Wildlife Park
