OFFER DESCRIPTION
One Early-Stage Researcher position is available for 36 months at the Institut de Science et d’Ingénierie Supramoléculaires (ISIS), Université de Strasbourg (UNISTRA), France. The work will be carried out in the framework of the Marie Skłodowska-Curie Action European Training Network (MSCA-ITN-ETN) “BORGES” (“Biosensing with ORGanic ElectronicS”). The successful candidate will be working on the modulation and multiscale characterization of interfacial properties in organic electronics devices.
We are looking for highly motivated candidates with a Master degree in chemistry and previous experience in the preparation and characterization of polymer thin films, chemical and structural characterization of surfaces and thin films (XPS, AFM, GIXRD) and electrical characterization of organic materials.
Candidates can be of any nationality, but they must not have resided or carried out their main activity (work, studies, etc.) in France for more than 12 months in the 3 years immediately before the recruitment date. They must also be in the first four years (full-time equivalent research experience) of their research careers and have not been awarded a doctoral degree.
Candidates will be integrated in a truly interdisciplinary and international group working on multifunctional materials and devices. Very good level of English (oral and written) is requested. The data of the applicant will be collected in order to realize the selection procedure such as described in Grant Agreement No. 813863 – Horizon 2020 BORGES and will be communicated by UNISTRA to the Recruitment and Training Committee which is composed by representatives of the beneficiaries having part in the project. The candidate may refer to UNISTRA in order to exercise her/his rights under art. 15 – 22 Reg. (EU) 2016/679.
