Institute of Environmental Protection and Development at the Faculty of Enviromental Engineering and Geodesy in Wroclaw University of Environmental and Life Sciences invites to fill the applications for the position of an associate professor in the area of environmental protection and development (agricultural sciences).
Candidate shall have significant scientific achievement, postdoctoral degree in environmental protection and development (water melioration, water management of soil research)
Preference will be given to candidate who after obtaining the postdoctoral degree significantly increased his scientific output, including at least two publications in journals listed on the Journal Citation Reports (JCR) and/or on ERIH list (A and C list of the Ministry of Science and Higher Education) or significantly increased his artistic output that meets the criteria specified in parametric evaluation of scientific units.
The candidate should also have experience in managing research projects financed from external sources or he/she had multiple times submitted applications for funding from external sources.
Preference will be given to candidate who is the supervisor of PhD student or performe /had performed the role of supervisor or auxiliary supervisor in at least one doctoral dissertation.
Candidate is expected to have teaching achievements (including the ability to conduct lectures in Polish), be active in academic community, and have positive evaluation at last academic teachers evaluation.
