is to be hired for a fixed term of three years. The confirmation period is subject to the provisions of the Act on Temporary Employment in Higher Education.
Your task is the preparation and characterization of 2-dimensional materials using surface science methods (foremost STM)
The teaching obligation is 2 hours per semester week.
The position is intended to facilitate your academic or artistic qualification (PhD). You will have the opportunity within the framework of your tasks.
- a scientific university degree (diploma/bachelor's degree, master's degree) in physics or a related;
- Experience in UHV-technology.
Desired is experience in:
- Surface Science methods, especially STM;
- Preparation of nanomaterials using CVD and PVD.
