Offer Description
In the vein of studies on borderline psychopathology, with which we have been involved for some time, this research aims to continue the empirical-clinical investigation around the internal experience of emptiness. In recent years, emptiness has attracted increasing interest among clinicians and researchers and can now be considered a transdiagnostic construct. However, the measurement of this construct remains very complex, and currently in Italy there are no adequate instruments for this purpose. The aim of this work is to test, in a large clinical sample, the Modified Subjective Emptiness Scale (M-SES-I), a scale for measuring emptiness in its multidimensionality, based on the cross-cultural and psychometric validation of the Italian version of the Subjective Emptiness Scale (SES-I) already completed by our research group.
