Offer Description

The Institute of Scandinavian and Finnish Studies is seeking a specialist with expertise in the  Scandinavian  culture and society. The candidate's research and teaching interests should focus on ethnolinguistic issues, as well as encompass political and social aspects of the Baltic Sea region. Proficiency in English (C2) and Swedish (at least B2) is required. In addition to university-level teaching experience, research experience is essential, including participation in international projects. A master's degree in English or Swedish philology and a doctoral degree in humanities are  required.

Job description:   conducting courses  on social and political issues in Scandinavia and the Baltic Sea region, teaching advanced English language courses; conducting research; dealing with organizational tasks.
