The European Commission has published a video showing the EU Skills Profile Tool for Third Country Nationals in action. Services that offer assistance to refugees and migrants from non-EU countries, such as national authorities and/or NGOs, can use the tool to conduct interviews to record the individuals’ skills, qualifications and experiences. Completing the skills profile is part of the pathway towards integration in the labour market and wider society.
The video testimonial demonstrates how the tool has been used in national settings. It shows the tool in action in a project of the Refugee Council in the Netherlands and showcases user experiences of a Public Employment Service in Slovenia.
The video is displayed here and takes around three minutes.
