HRS4R Training for Assessors (beginner-intermediate level; restricted participation)

Target Audience: Beginner and early intermediate assessors, who already performed desk-based evaluations before. 

Registrations: first come first served basis, preserving in the same time country diversity.

• The number of participants is limited, so please register your interest as soon as possible.
• Your registration is confirmed when you receive an email from myself/RTD Charter (not the reply form Euraxess).

Flights and Hotel: Accommodation for one night only (only exceptionally two nights) will be provided by the EC, as well as lunch, coffee and tea. Please don’t book any accommodation or flights as they will not be reimbursed. You will be contacted by an external agency who will reserve the flight and hotel for you on behalf of the EC.

Format: For this seminar we will take a more creative/practical approach, as opposed to a long set of presentations throughout the day.

The training session will be a combination between a questions card game followed by a case study  (which we piloted it last year and was successful).

The idea is to identify the main issues/challenges beginner assessors are confronted with and discuss them, finding optimal solutions.

You will receive a set of mandatory documentation to consult before coming to the training.
