Offer Description
The Alexander von Humboldt Foundation offers prestigious fellowships which allow scientists from all over the world to come to Germany and to perform postdoctoral research: https://www.humboldt-foundation.de/en/
In the frame of the Henriette Herz Program of the Humboldt Foundation, we are now able to support an outstanding researcher (f/m/o) for two years. We are looking for candidates with a Master degree in Chemistry, Physics, Material Science, Nanoscience or related subjects and PhD experience in the fields of synthesis of advanced colloidal nanomaterials, time-resolved (magneto-optical) spectroscopy, optoelectronic transport through nanomaterials, or according theory.
Interested candidates should send an email along with a motivation letter (including a section on their PhD thesis and a research proposal), their CV, a specific recommendation letter, and the transcripts of records to christian.klinke@uni-rostock.de
Besides the Humboldt fellowship, we are offering a vibrant research atmosphere in the lively city of Rostock at the shores of the Baltic Sea:
